Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the IndigiArmor platform, API, SDK, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
IndigiArmor provides a real-time AI safety framework that scans prompts and responses for personally identifiable information (PII), FERPA-protected student records, Indigenous cultural knowledge, re-identification risks, and prompt injection attacks. The Service is offered through a web dashboard, REST API, and client SDKs.
Account Terms
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
- One person or organization may not maintain more than one free trial.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to facilitate discrimination, harassment, or illegal surveillance.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our detection engine.
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.
- Submit content designed to test or probe our detection thresholds for the purpose of evading them.
API Usage & Rate Limits
Each plan includes a defined number of API scans per month. Exceeding your plan's limit will result in throttled responses until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Abuse of the API (e.g., automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts) may result in immediate suspension.
Billing & Payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
- If payment fails, we will attempt to collect for up to 14 days before suspending access.
Intellectual Property
IndigiArmor owns all rights to the platform, detection engine, algorithms, documentation, and branding. You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. We claim no ownership over your prompts, scan results, or audit logs.
Data Handling
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process prompts in real time, do not store full prompt content (licensed plans log a truncated preview for audit purposes), and never use customer data to train models.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms other users or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndigiArmor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
